Furlasziv – Terms of Service (T.O.S.)

By commissioning me (Furlasziv), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Expertise: I am a professional 2D Graphic Designer, Illustrator, and Animator with 8 years of experience, specializing in the Furry Fandom and mature (18+) content.
Content Focus: The majority of my work involves explicit, erotic, and pornographic scenes featuring client characters. My goal is to capture the character’s personality or “actualize” their virtual life in a detailed and high-quality artistic piece.
I DO NOT DRAW: Pedophilia, Mecha (complex robots), or Insects (simple anthro bugs are acceptable, inquire first).
Artistic Freedom: I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
Challenges: Aside from the exceptions above, I am generally open to any challenge. Bring your wildest, furriest fantasies!

Currency: All prices are in EUR (€).
Payment Method: Currently, I only accept payments via PayPal.
Full Payment Upfront: Full payment is required within 48 hours of my acceptance and invoicing of the commission. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your spot.
Payment Plans (Installments): For commissions totaling $500 USD or more, a payment plan may be negotiated. The work will only begin after the first agreed-upon installment is received.

Workflow:
1. Concept Sketch: After agreeing on the concept (illustration/animation details), you will receive a rough conceptual sketch.
2. Lining/Inking: Upon your approval of the sketch, I proceed to line art.
3. Flat Colors: Applying base colors.
4. Shading: Adding depth and detail.
5. Effects/Final Touches: Final polish.
Work in Progress (WIP): You may request WIP updates at any of these stages.
Free Revisions: You are entitled to 3 free revisions:
1. Two (2) revisions at the Sketch stage.
2. One (1) revision at the Lining/Inking stage.
Paid Revisions: Any revisions requested after the Sketch stage (beyond the free one at Lining), or any subsequent revisions, will be subject to an additional fee, based on complexity and time spent. Revisions on the finished piece are almost always paid.

Illustrations/Drawings: The average completion time is 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece (characters, background, detail level).
Animations: The estimated deadline will be established after the full concept is presented and the storyboard is completed and approved. Animation timelines are highly variable.

Artist Rights (Default): I (Furlasziv) retain all copyrights to the artwork/animation. I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece for my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials (with appropriate watermarks if necessary).
Personal Use (Standard): The client may use the artwork for personal use (e.g., icons, headers, personal prints, posting online) provided I am clearly credited (e.g., linking back to my profile).
Commercial Use: If the client intends to use the artwork/animation for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, paid publications, profit-generating content), a separate commercial license fee must be negotiated and paid. Failure to do so is a breach of this T.O.S.
